Goldendoodle Purchase Contract

🐾PUPPY CONTRACT🐾

This is an agreement between Breeder/ Seller____________________ and the buyer______________ for the sale of a________________________. A non-refundable deposit of _________ has been received. If we are unable to provide you with this puppy for any reason we will either refund your deposit or allow you to transfer it to another litter, whichever you prefer. Deposits are nonrefundable however you can transfer it to another litter. You will be given 72 hours to have your puppy checked out by your Vet and if your puppy is found to be unsuitable as a pet, the purchase price will be refunded or you will be redirected to another litter at the seller’s discretion. Internal and external parasites are treatable and not covered by our guarantee. If you choose not to take the puppy to the vet and have it examined within 72 hours, then I forfeit all rights to any refunds or exchanges at any time. Seller is not responsible for any vet fees. Puppies carry a 72 hour health guarantee only, and must be returned during this time.
If at any point in your puppy’s life, you can no longer care for the puppy, you are to return the puppy to me or be in contact with me, so we can assure they go to the absolute best home.  We will post pictures to our social media accounts  on designated days at 2 wks, 4 wks, and 6 wks at the minimum.  Feel free to text/call for updates on your puppy. We will FaceTime/ video call with our Buyers. Choosing/ Picking will be in order of deposits received. You must specify at time of contract which gender you are placing a deposit on. Choosing/ Picking  will take place at 3 weeks old or at seller’s discretion.
Upon signature of this contract you agree to pick up puppy  at 8 weeks age .__________________ Puppies will come with appropriate vaccines, dewormed at 2,4,6 and 8 weeks and will be vet checked.

Extended Stay

Puppies selected must be picked up by 10 weeks of age. Puppies are permitted to leave our care at 8 weeks. We offer an additional two weeks as a courtesy.
